Damage Event Report: Includes the vehicle involved, severity level (cosmetic, significant, or severe), impact location (across eight zones plus undercarriage), driving speed, and GPS location at the time of impact.
Smoking Event Report: Includes the vehicle involved, start time and duration, total smoke level, background air quality, vehicle speed, and incident location.

End-of-Rental Report
RideCare automatically generates a comprehensive report at the end of each rental period, delivering clear visualizations and event data related to driving behavior, smoking incidents, and potential damage. Frequently Asked Questions
RideCare devices can be installed in any passenger car or commercial vehicle, regardless of make or model. Vehicles under 5 metric tons can access the full suite of features, while those over 5 metric tons require additional hardware and are limited to smoke detection.
The RideCare device can be installed in just fifteen minutes. Removal can be completed in less than five minutes. We provide guidance for the installation and removal process.
Data is available in real-time, with the only limitation being LTE network quality.
If there is no LTE connection, all event data is stored on the device and transmitted to the cloud once LTE connectivity is restored.
Standard installation relies on the use of T-Taps at the OBD port. Alternatively, Bosch can supply OBD adapters.
